Sunnyside Unified District
From the north-west, we head to south Tucson and the Sunnyside Unified District. Larger than Flowing Wells, the Sunnyside Unified District features some 25 schools across Elementary, Middle and High. Sunnyside Unified District also features excellent travel links with the I-19, I-10, and Tucson International Airport all within reasonable distance.
Real estate values in Sunnyside are varied – starting as low as $10K for a small starter home, up to $150K+ for a large family home, with a good-sized back-yard. You’re certain to find something to suit your budget!
